Detective Juan’s second case for Juan Big Idea: Ang Pagtuklas sa Makabagong Marketista was solved at the Teatro Ilocandia of Mariano State University in the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte last October 28, 2018. Notable speakers, sponsors, and partners such as B’lue, Oreo Philippines, Belvita, Maxipeel, Splash Corporation and Tralulu were present in the event.
Multiple partner schools were given a unique opportunity to interact and earn knowledge from the speakers which was headed by Ms. Fryancois Diño, RMP, the Vice President of Research and Development of the Philippine Junior Marketing Association. She was followed by respected speakers Mr. Ken Lerona, with his talk about the “Impact of Digital Marketing Strategies”, Mr. Pete Avila on “Mining Value of Secondary Data” and Mr. Phillip Andrew “Flip” Ruby, with his talk about “Optimizing Digital Communications”.
Participants from Lorma Colleges and University of Baguio were also given an opportunity to solve a case study for “Ang Henyong Marketista” provided by Tralulu. The case study centered around Tralulu and what marketing campaign should they pursue on a specific segment they should focus on. In the end, University of Baguio claimed the victory.
Marketistas from Lorma College, Saint Luis College and Mariano Marcos State University also showed their talents through intermission numbers.
Other segments included in the Juan Big Idea were Find the Juan, Juan Discovery, and Juan Shares which involved giving back to the community through the donation of school supplies to other schools.
